1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the InsiGage platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
InsiGage provides a customer experience platform including live chat, AI-powered support, ticketing, and knowledge base tools for e-commerce businesses. The Service is offered as a SaaS application accessible through the Shopify App Store and directly via our website.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Transmit harmful, abusive, or objectionable content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology provided by InsiGage remain our exclusive property. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the Service.
6. Data Handling
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7. Fees and Billing
The Service is offered on a free plan and on paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, and the current plans and prices are shown in the dashboard under Settings → Billing.
If you installed InsiGage through the Shopify App Store, all charges are processed by Shopify through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Shopify's own terms govern that payment relationship, including any refunds. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from the dashboard without contacting us.
Paid plans may include a free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. On cancellation, your paid modules remain available until the end of the current billing period.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsiGage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Uninstalling the app from your Shopify store also ends your subscription, and your store's data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
